Former NCT member Taeil‘s sex crime case has been sent to prosecution.

The Seoul Bangbae Police Station stated on September 13 that Taeil’s sex crime case was forwarded to the prosecution on September 12. His case was forwarded without detention,  meaning he will not be arrested prior to the prosecution’s decision on proceeding with the case.
