“Fortnite” Surprises ARMYs With A New BTS-Inspired Addition To The Game
BTS continues to prove their global influence, and this time it’s through the popular online video game Fortnite.
The popular game announced a collaboration with the global group in 2020 when they released two game packs inspired by BTS’s single “Dynamite.”
The BTS Dynamite Pack contained two BTS emotes: “It’s Dynamite” and “I’m Diamond.” Emotes allow players to perform short actions, and the BTS emotes, of course, dance to the group’s hit English song.
Earlier this year, the game also added the “Gunslinger Smokeshow” emote, which featured choreography from PSY and BTS Suga‘s song “That That.”

Now, the game is back with more BTS content after launching a new emote.
When BTS released three new songs on their PROOF anthology album, ARMYs immediately knew the choreography for “Run BTS” would be epic, and they were certainly not disappointed when the powerful dance was unveiled for the first time at BTS’s Yet To Come In Busan concert.
As of June 26, Fortnite players can now show their ARMY pride by using BTS’s new “Run It Down” emote, which performs part of the iconic “Run BTS” choreography.

An observant ARMY pointed out that the new emote was added to Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3, which seems to be the perfect time for a collaboration with the seven-member group.

BTS’s collaboration with Fortnite is a full-circle moment, as the group appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and danced along to popular Fortnite dances in 2018, two years before their released “Dynamite,” which inspired their first two emotes.
