4th Gen Idol Stands Up For Fan Against “Rude And Unprofessional” Staff
JUSTB member Geonu recently stood up for a fan mistreated by concert staff.
JUSTB debuted in 2021 under Bluedot Entertainment, made up of several survival show contestants from shows including I-Land and Under Nineteen. Their activities earned them a nomination for the “Male Idol Group Popularity Award” at the 2021 Asia Artist Awards.
Recently, JUSTB embarked on their 2024 Just Be With You North and South American Tour, starting with a concert in Jersey City, New Jersey. Fans were thrilled to see the group; however, many issues have since been reported, centered around the actions of the tour’s organizer, The K Stage.
According to fans who attended the show, numerous issues existed, including the line, VIP perks not being honored, and staff allegedly being rude to fans during paid-for interactions.

One aspect of the show with multiple issues reported was the snapshots or the one-on-one polaroids taken with fans. In addition to some fans reportedly not getting their snapshots due to staffing issues, there were also problems with the polaroids taken.
According to one fan, there was an issue with her first attempted photo being too dark, and when asking for a retake, she was rejected due to orders by higher-ups given to volunteer staff members.
While talking about the issue with the staff, Geonu approached and requested that they take the Polaroid again. The idol even instructed the photo taker to avoid another issue with the printed image.
Fans praised Geonu’s kind actions while criticizing the event’s organizer.
