F.T. Island’s Lee Hongki Makes Ambiguous Post About Minhwan’s Prostitution Scandal
F.T. Island‘s Hongki has seemingly weighed in on bandmate Minhwan‘s prostitution scandal.
Former LABOUM‘s Yulhee released a bombshell video on October 25, 2024. In the video, she exposed her ex-husband, F.T. Island‘s Minhwan, for allegedly going to multiple adult entertainment establishments, including brothels and karaoke rooms with service girls.
Following the release of this video, it was announced that Minhwan had decided to halt of his activities.
While it is difficult for us to fully grasp the personal matters related to the couple, Choi Minhwan feels a sense of responsibility for disappointing many fans and viewers and wishes to suspend all media activities, including the broadcasts he appears in with his children.

It was then reported by XSportNews that he would continue to participate in his activities as a singer, including an upcoming concert on November 17, 2024, at KBS Busan Hall.
Now, it seems his bandmate has spoke up about the ongoing scandal.
On October 25, Hongki shared a post on the group’s Weverse that was made only open to members of their official fanclub, but reported by Sports Chosun shortly after. The post did not directly mention Minhwan but mentioned “their private live,” seemingly talking about Minhwan and Yulhee’s past relationship.
It was their private life, and it ended up like this.
