FTISLAND’s Minhwan Sells His Family Home
According to reports on November 14, KST, FTISLAND member Minhwan, who is currently caught up in a prostituion scandal, recently sold off a house for millions of dollars.
As per the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport’s data, Minhwan sold the property mid-August for a whopping ₩3.80 billion KRW (about $2.70 million USD). The house is a single-family home that he purchased in 2015 for ₩1.50 billion KRW (about $1.07 million USD). Minhwan is the sole registered owner of this Gangnam property.
The house is reportedly situated in a quiet residential area within Yulhyun-dong, and Minhwan is said to have demolished the older structure to built a multi-family home with one basement floor and two above-ground floors for his family. Reports state that he was living in the home with his former wife, Yulhee, and his parents. He continued to live in the house with his children and his parents after his divorce in 2023.
Meanwhile, Minhwan recently announced a temporary hiatus from FTISLAND following Yulhee’s video that accused him of frequenting hostess bars during their marriage, among other grave allegations. He is currently under a police investigation for allegedly soliciting prostitution.
