FTISLAND’s Lee Hongki clarifies rumor about solo album
On February 16th, FTISLAND’s Lee Hongki shared a message on his official Twitter, revealing the truth behind the rumor of him releasing a solo album.
The vocalist said, “There seems to be confusion regarding the solo album…it has not been confirmed yet. I will not in any way harm FTISLAND. If anything, I’ll do it in a way that benefits (the group). Don’t worry!!”
In addition to the message, Lee Hongki shared a photo where he revealed FTISLAND’s name on his wrist, signifying his love for the five member group.
FTISLAND has been busy preparing for their April comeback and has been on their 2015 FTISLAND [FTHX] Tour where they performed in Los Angeles and New York City during late January.
Meanwhile, Billboard caught up with the rock band and got details on their upcoming album. The group said, “Each song on this upcoming album means a lot to us. And the lyrics mean a lot of things to us — that’s really it.”
