A YG Entertainment combination like no other, G-Dragon and CL are collaborating on a new performance for SBS Gayo Daejun.
According to OSEN, G-Dragon and CL will perform at the SBS year-end ceremony on December 26th. Additionally, there will be two surprise appearances by rappers picked out by G-Dragon and CL personally.
An official revealed,
“The combination of GD and CL is a rare one from YG Entertainment. The two don’t have very much experience in preparing performances together. Since both of them are young musicians who attract a lot of attention around the world, the two of them performing on one stage is big news. It looks like this will be a great hip-hop performance. Since CL was sadly unable to meet the 2NE1 fans this year, it is very fortunate to hear about this.”
G-Dragon and CL are most likely to perform the track “The Leaders,” which was included in G-Dragon’s album back in 2009. Both artists also gained popularity for being leaders with their respective idol groups, G-Dragon for BIGBANG and CL for recently disbanded, 2NE1. Much hype also goes to CL who will mark the stage with her first performance since her group disbanded.
