With K-Pop continuing to expand its genre, virtual idol groups have become a recent trend in the industry.
While the concept may be hard to grasp for some, these groups have become widely popular globally and may someday become the mainstream in the K-Pop market.

G-Dragon: I heard about PLAVE, but I didn’t understand the concept. I found out that they were a virtual group they were always at the top of the charts. I think it would be fun to be in the same space as them.
