GFRIEND Fan Battling Leukemia Has His Dream Come True
GFRIEND has made a young fan’s dream come true!
The Make-A-Wish Foundation has helped many kids with life threatening conditions have their dreams come true.
Thankfully, many K-Pop idols have shown their support for the organisation and have helped bring joy to thousands of children over the years.
One fan, Heemin, was diagnosed with leukemia, a cancer of the body’s white blood cells.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation Korea got in touch with him and asked him what his wish was.
Heemin stated that his wish was to meet GFRIEND. He explained that GFRIEND and their music helped bring him a lot of encouragement and support while he is battling leukemia.
Hearing this, the Make-A-Wish Foundation got in contact with GFRIEND about one of their most loyal fans.
Despite the fact that GFRIEND is busy preparing for their 2019 Asia Tour later this month, they immediately arranged a time to visit Heemin.
They helped decorate the room and blow up balloons to create an atmosphere as lively as GFRIEND’s music and image.

GFRIEND spent much of the time interacting with Heemin who was eager to show them some magic tricks that he had been learning.
Additionally, Heemin showed GFRIEND the choreography he had been practising to several of their songs. GFRIEND and Heemin then danced together in perfect synchronization.

When it was time for GFRIEND to leave, they left Heemin with some touching words.
Heemin-ah, we wish you get treated well and become healthier in the future!
Despite how busy GFRIEND’s schedules may be, this shows that they will always be there for BUDDYs no matter what.
Plus, Heemin will definitely treasure this memory of meeting his idols. Hopefully, he will be properly treated and make a full recovery!
