RIIZE’s New TikTok Bewilders Fans As A Ghost Appears

Was it really a ghost?!

RIIZE made their comeback with their first mini album, Riizing, on June 17, with “Boom Boom Bass” as the title track.

Recently, RIIZE shared a “Boom Boom Bass” dance challenge video via TikTok. The members danced outside at night.

The video garnered 353.7K views in just five hours. While the members’ dance skills were always impressive, that’s not what captured netizens’ attention. It appeared there might have been a seventh individual in the video, but it was not Seunghan.

Instead, it looked like a ghost was captured on camera.

Can you see it in the background floating past?

Netizens sure did. While fans commented, “RIIZE IS 7,” continuing to protest for Seunghan’s return from his indefinite hiatus, many also pointed out the ghost.

It’s certainly a mysterious video. Yet, it might have just been due to the lighting in the dark. Photography has a phenomenon known as “ghosting,” which makes it appear that a ghost was captured, but it’s just from light.

When unneeded light reflects off the lens surface and mirror frame, ghosting occurs. Additionally, the lens’ spherical front surface causes some degree of image distortion and contains aberration that cause problems such as color bleeding.
