(G)I-DLE B-Side Track Reaches #1 On The MelOn Top 100 Over A Month Since “2” Album Released
At this point in their careers, (G)I-DLE‘s members are no strangers to ranking high on Korean music charts. With huge hits such as “TOMBOY”, “Nxde”, and “Queencard” released in the last couple of years, the girl group has consistently achieved Perfect All-Kills (PAKs) over their last several comebacks.
The title track off of their latest album, “Super Lady” from 2, didn’t achieve a PAK like their previous comebacks, but it still did very well on Korean music charts in general. However, it’s another song on the album that has suddenly picked up traction and may be their next song to achieve Perfect All-Kill status!
The B-side song “Fate” has been getting more attention recently despite the album originally coming out on January 29. The song was actually originally chosen by Soyeon to be the title track for 2, but it ended up getting switched later on to “Super Lady”.
But it seems like Soyeon knew what she was doing when she saw the promise that “Fate” had. It’s currently ranking at #1 on multiple Korean music charts, and therefore is only a few ranks away from earning a PAK.

It’s not common for K-Pop B-side tracks to reach so many high rankings on music charts, especially since it has been over a month since the song and album originally came out. But fans are excited to see “Fate” get the recognition that it deserves!
Congratulations to (G)I-DLE for accomplishing this impressive feat, and here’s to hoping “Fate” earns the group’s fourth PAK!
