(G)I-DLE’s Shuhua Gets Real About Her Reaction After Receiving More Lines Than Usual In Their Song “Nxde”

Here’s what she had to say about it.

Additionally, interviewer Jeff Benjamin turned to maknae Shuhua to ask her about something that many fans have been happy about—the way she was given more lines in this comeback than in many of the group’s previous songs. He wondered what the experience has been like for her.

Shuhua, I’ve seen you taking up many more lines now too, specifically. How has your experience been?

According to Shuhua, she reacted by preparing a lot for the extra responsibility. Not only did she work hard during group practices, she also made sure to dedicate a portion of her free time to practice individually. She would ask for private lessons from the company’s instructors and freely communicate her ideas with them.

Aside from all the group practices, I also dedicated a lot of my time doing individual practice. I would have private lessons with our teachers and share ideas.

For example, she would think things like, “How can I put my style into this? What kind of gesture should I do to make this my style?

And with her effort, she put her heart and soul into improving her skills. She wanted to give her utmost best for the fans who would watch their concerts. “I practiced a lot with that mindset for this tour,” she added.
