Girl Group Member Exposes Her Currently Active Idol Ex-Boyfriend For Cheating On Her

Former BVNDIT‘s Seungeun revealed her ex-boyfriend’s cheating ways.

Laboum‘s Yujeong, Lovelyz‘s Ryu Soojung, and Seungeun recently appeared on the CONSO YouTube channel and discussed their experiences as idols.

Seungeun made her debut in 2019 as a member of the girl group BVNDIT, who disbanded in 2022 after the expiration of their contracts. Since then, she’s appeared on the virtual survival show  GIRL’S RE:VERSE and made her musical theater debut.

At one point one of the hosts asks Seungeun about her last relationship, and she shares that she lasted dated someone around a year and a half ago. She adds that she tries not to date idols anymore because of her last relationship with one.

She then reveals how she found out about his infidelity, saying that he claimed to need to focus on work and broke off the relationship. She later got a call from a friend that said that he actually had another girlfriend while they were dating.

We didn’t date for long, but he said work was important and broke things off. Then, about 10 months later, a younger friend called and told me, ‘Unnie, he had another girlfriend when he was seeing you.’ He told me he had never dated anyone before. Apparently, his actual girlfriend found out about us.

According to Seungeun, the male idol in question, who is younger than her, is still “very actively promoting.”

This just goes to show that even idols deal with the same sort of relationship issues that non celebrities do!
