Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon Is Such A Hard Worker Worked That She Had To Learn How To Take A Break
Girls’ Generation‘s Taeyeon recently wrapped up her promotions for her hit “The Weekend” and discussed how she enjoys her weekend break in a recent interview with Vogue Korea.
Since her song talks about relaxing on the weekend, Taeyeon was asked whether she actually does or not. Taeyeon revealed she actually found it difficult to have free time. According to Taeyeon, in the past, she worked so much with Girls’ Generation and with her solo career that she wasn’t able to take nice breaks. Because she was unfamiliar with taking breaks, Taeyeon shared she had to learn how to relax.
In the past, I found relaxing more painful to do. I never had a break, so I didn’t know how. Just 5 years ago, I was working hard on activities with Girls’ Generation and my solo work. I wasn’t sure what to do.

Taeyeon continued and explained that she felt something was missing in her life when she didn’t have time to herself. Luckily, Taeyeon comforted the readers and stated that she has a lot more time on her hands now.
I felt like something was missing and I felt empty. I have a little bit of free time now.

Now that she has learned how to enjoy time to herself, Taeyeon shared she listens to some nice jazz music in dim lightroom.
I listen to jazz, ones without lyrics. All the big lights turned off, and just with just small ones on. At night, I enjoy the night view by opening up the curtains. After that, I use foam roller or a massage ball and do self-massaging. Breathing in the fragrance of the aroma oil. This is how I live.
