GOT7 Takes Back Control Of Old Social Media Accounts

Just in time for their comeback!

Today, GOT7 leader Jay B celebrated his birthday.

On the same day, it was revealed that GOT7 regained access to their original social media accounts (the ones created by JYP Entertainment). When GOT7 left the agency and made their comeback in 2022, they had to create new social media accounts to promote because they had no access to the accounts created by the agency.

The original GOT7 account shared a post on Instagram Stories, confirming the official social media channels. The newer Instagram account, created by the members, will continue to be used as a shared members’ account, while the original account will be maintained as an official group account. With access returned, posts were shared, highlighting their previous comeback and advertising the current one scheduled for January 20.

Ahgases are so excited that GOT7 will have access to their original account again after so many years!

Jay B is being praised and labeled as the “best leader” yet again, as Ahgases know how hard he has worked to gain all rights to everything GOT7-related since the group became independent from JYP Entertainment.

Previously, Ahgases noticed that the idols had tagged both the group’s current account (the one created after JYP Entertainment) and their original account, indicating they might gain access to it. Recently, there’s been controversy concerning how their old agency hadn’t given them access to that account.
