GOT7’s Yugyeom To Not Participate In The 2019 MBC Gayo Daejejeon Due To Health Issues
GOT7‘s Yugyeom will not attend the 2019 MBC Gayo Daejejeon due to health issues.
On December 30, JYP Entertainment released a statement stating the reason behind Yugyeom’s inability to participate in the event.

This is to announce that GOT7’s Yugyeom will not be participating in the following activities that have been scheduled due to health concerns.
– December 30 and 31 (Monday and Tuesday), MBC Gayo Daejejeon pre-recording and live event
Following a doctor’s visit, and subsequent advice for Yugyeom to receive sufficient rest and to focus on recovering his health, we came to the decision of his absence at the event, with our artist’s health as our top priority. We ask for your understanding.
We sincerely apologize for worrying fans who have waited for him.
We will take our artist’s health as our top priority, and focus all of our efforts into his recovery.

GOT7 is slated to be part of the star-studded line-up at the 2019 MBC Gayo Daejejeon. The year-end event is also to have some exciting collaboration stages, of which a few members of GOT7 are a part. The 2019 MBC Gayo Daejejeon will be hosted by Girls Generation‘s Yoona, ASTRO‘S Cha Eunwoo and Jang Sung Kyu, and will be held on December 31, 8:55 PM KST.
GOT7’s recent comeback was with their tenth mini-album, Call My Name, and title track “You Calling My Name”.
