Han Ji Min Is Applauded For Her Latest Good Deed Helping Those Who Are Disabled
Han Ji Min proves, once again, that not only is she one of Korea’s most beautiful actresses, but she’s also one of the most kind-hearted.
According to the actress’s agency BH Entertainment, On August 10, Han Ji Min donated ₩50.0 million KRW (about $38,100 USD) to the Community Chest Of Korea, a non profit charity organization. The charity is Korea’s only government-sanctioned charity in Korea and its largest.
It has been reported that the donation will be given to welfare facilities for the disabled. The actress revealed what compelled her to donate to the charity.

The Secretary General of the charity thanked the actress in a statement and revealed that Han Ji Min has steadily donated to the charity.

In the drama, the actress played the role of Lee Young Ok, a drifter with a mysterious past whose sister has Down Syndrome. The drama received widespread praise for its portrayal of a loved one living with Down Syndrome, as well as featuring Jung Eun Hye, who is an actress that has Down Syndrome in real life.
Han Ji Min is one of Korea’s premiere actresses. Since debuting in 2003 through the legendary drama All In, the actress has enjoyed immense popularity.
