Popular Mukbang YouTuber With 1M+ Subscribers Reveals How Much She Makes A Month
How much does a mukbang YouTuber make from eating? In the latest episode of YouTube channel Ech.3meals‘ show, popular content creator Heebab revealed her earnings.
As a part of the game on the show, Heebab had to find “friends” who would treat her to a meal. Knowing how much she eats, though, most people turned Heebab down.
In a desperate attempt to find someone, Heebab then promised to disclose her earnings in exchange for a meal. Soon enough, she found a young couple who offered to treat her to samgyeopsal.
Keeping her promise, Heebab—who has a whopping 1.64 million subscribers—said how much she makes can fluctuate depending on how much work there is. But in September 2024, she made ₩35.0 million KRW (about $26,000 USD) total.
While that sounds like a fortune, Heebab clarified that it doesn’t happen each month. In fact, her September earning came out to be a little more than usual. She also mentioned that she spends about ₩15.0 million KRW (about $11,100 USD) on food each month, and that sometimes, she even nets nothing after taxes!
