South Korea made a record amount of money last year selling ramen to foreign countries.
In 2017, the nation exported a total of $381 million worth of ramen to foreign countries.
In comparison, South Korea only imported $3.86 million of ramen into the country.
The country with the most exports was China, with 27.1% of ramen going there from Korea, followed by the United States (10.8%), Japan (6.7%), Taiwan (5.5%) and Thailand (5.0%).
