Here’s Why Red Velvet Seulgi’s Felt SHINee Taemin’s “Energy” While Filming The “Feel My Rhythm” Music Video
Red Velvet‘s Seulgi felt her sunbae (industry senior), SHINee Taemin‘s energy on the set of the “Feel My Rhythm” music video!
Red Velvet recently released their new mini album, The ReVe Festival 2022- Feel My Rhythm, with the title track “Feel My Rhythm.”
In the “Feel My Rhythm” music video and its teaser, Seulgi wore a gorgeous black crown.
Here’s a closer look at the crown.
On Wendy‘s radio show, SBS Power FM’s Wendy’s Young Street, Seulgi revealed that the crown was a custom-made piece, but it was custom-made for someone else. That “someone else” was none other than Taemin!
Taemin wore the crown in teaser photos leading up to the release of his album, Never Gonna Dance Again: Act 2.
Seulgi said she was given the crown because she wanted to wear something on her head. Although she didn’t know it was Taemin’s crown at the time of filming, she said she must have received some of his energy through the crown.
I didn’t know it at the time, but I was wearing the same crown that Taemin oppa wore for a teaser. I think it was the same one but was colored in with black. It was a custom-made piece, but I inherited it. I had wanted to put something on top of my head. I think I got his energy through [the crown]!
