Highly-Anticipated Netflix K-Drama Leaves Netizens Hugely Disappointed
The highly-anticipated Netflix K-Drama Hierarchy has left netizens drastically disappointed.
The show premiered on June 7 and followed Kang Ha (Lee Chae Min), who transferred to Jooshin High School, which is the most prestigious school in South Korea. Yet, many of the students are hiding secrets as the gap between rich and poor is emphasized.
As the series isn’t long, many netizens finished it within days and have shared their “disappointment” about the show.
On Reddit, many shared how they were very excited and even impressed by the first episode of Hierarchy. However, as they continued watching, it fell short and seemed very one-dimensional, whether it was the characters or the storyline. Some were nicer and claimed that while it was predictable, it wasn’t as bad as people made out.

On IMDb, the show was ranked 6.2/10 and while it’s not bad, it isn’t at the level of many K-Dramas that have been released recently.
