3 Generations Of K-Pop Will Come Together In Upcoming Variety Program “Idol Fishing Camp”
H.O.T‘s Tony Ahn, former KARA member Seungyeon, SF9‘s Dawon, and more stars from the 3 generations of K-Pop will be coming together in an upcoming variety program from JTBC.
JTBC recently revealed that they will be launching a new variety series called Idol Fishing Camp which will combine fishing, K-Pop, travel, and more.
The program will show the idols developing their skills in the field of fishing with the aim to help them earn enough experience to participate in major fishing competitions like the Hemingway Fishing Tournament in Cuba.
Idol Fishing Camp will feature a legendary cast that not only spans the different K-Pop generations but also different fishing skill levels. The program will center around Tony Ahn who is the “leader” and a beginner fisher.
Adding their own charms and expertise, comedian Lee Jin Ho and Seungyeon will be joining the cast and helping to promote fishing to the world.
Block B‘s Jaehyo, meanwhile, will be adding his years of fishing experience to the team and helping everyone build up their own fishing experience.
SF9’s Dawon and former MOMOLAND member Yeonwoo will be rounding out the cast and although they are first-time fishers, Idol Fishing Camp has already hinted at their genius fishing skills.
With a stellar cast and intriguing activities, Idol Fishing Camp has already been gaining a lot of attention. Filmed on Jeju Island, the program is set to premiere on June 18 at 6:25 PM KST.
