Popular Lead Actress Quickly Offers Explanation After Latest Post Is Met With Backlash And Animal Abuse Allegations
Actress Hwang Jung Eum quickly offered an explanation for her recent Instagram post after it was met with backlash.
On July 25, Hwang Jung Eum uploaded a photo of a tiger seemingly behind a cage. The actress and other people can be seen looking up at the tiger.
In the photos, the tiger can be seen lying on top of a cage-like surface without any flooring to help support it.
Reports also stated that Hwang Jung Eum had uploaded a video clip of a very skinny lion, which the actress has since deleted.
Netizens immediately criticized the actress and alleged the animals were being abused and mistreated at the facility.

Due to the backlash, the actress updated her post by adding an explanation to the photos. Hwang Jung Eum also took down the video clip of the lion.
