Amidst the several allegations brought against Min Hee Jin, HYBE claimed that she habitually mistreated female employees of her own company. According to HYBE’s claims, in March 2024, when Vice President “L” was accused of sexually harassing female employees of ADOR, Min pressurized the victims instead of supporting or protecting them.

When a sexual harassment case involving Vice President L was reported around March 2024, she made unimaginably misogynistic remarks and pressured female employees to adopt a submissive attitude.

In addition, HYBE claimed that Min Hee Jin referred to her female co-workers as “gae-jumma,” a derogatory term made of the Korean words for dog (gae) and old woman (ahjumma). She also used “femi” to refer to them, a shortened version of “feminist,” which has become a derogatory label in South Korea for anyone who speaks up against gender discrimination and women’s empowerment.

After these allegations were reported, netizens promptly rebuked Min Hee Jin, calling her misogynistic.
