HYBE Called Out For Simply Transferring Executive Responsible For Internal Report To A Different Department
On October 29, 2024, it was reported that HYBE had allegedly removed the executive in charge of the controversial internal documents. The executive chiefly responsible was Kang Myung Seok from the Weverse Media Contents Team.
He was allegedly removed from the position following an earlier report.
HYBE Reportedly Removes Executive In Charge Of “Internal Documents”
It was later revealed through industry insiders that he had allegedly only been removed from his role in the Weverse Media Contents team, but was still very much working in the company. According to reports, he was transferred to the “People’s Room” department, which oversees a portion of HR and care for the company’s staff.
Netizens were quick to call out HYBE for their mediaplay, claiming that although he was removed from his role, he was still working for HYBE.
