HYBE has dismissed ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin‘s closest supporters and replaced them with three new directors.
An extraordinary shareholders meeting was held on May 31 to determine the fate of ADOR’s executive board. Deputy CEO Shin and Director Kim, both of whom were close aides to Min Hee Jin, were officially dismissed.
Replacing the two directors are three new directors recommended by HYBE: Chief Human Resources Officer Kim Ju Young, Chief Strategy Officer Lee Jae Seong, and Chief Financial Officer Lee Kyung Jun.
Previously, Min Hee Jin won her injuction against HYBE, leading to her maintaining her CEO position.
