HYBE’s Latest Release For KATSEYE Causes Major Confusion
Earlier in the year, HYBE and Geffen started a search for a new global group, and the whole journey was documented through Dream Academy and this was then followed by Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE, which was shown on Netflix.
While the latter show sparked fury and controversy, the final lineup for KATSEYE debuted and has gained global fame with their talent, visuals, and charming personality.
It has been months since the documentaries have been aired, but netizens were shocked when a mini trailer was posted on one of HYBE’s YouTube channel.
The clips were seemingly the same as the original documentary.
In the comments, netizens were very confused that the trailer suddenly came out and how HYBE seemed late, with some even saying it was a bad thing because after gaining popularity, bringing back the shows through the trailer could lead to the members being hit with criticism again.
Even on X, netizens were confused by the sudden trailer being posted months after the original documentary started airing on Netflix.
