Min Hee Jin addressed claims that the courts had acknowledged HYBE‘s claims accusing her of betraying HYBE.

On May 31, Min Hee Jin held a press conference after a judge granted her injunction against HYBE securing the ADOR CEO’s position for now. After the judge’s decision was made public, HYBE  claimed that the court had acknowledged that Min Hee Jin had betrayed the label.

Furthermore, we plan to proceed to take next steps within the bounds of the law, as the court stated in its decision that, It is clear that Min Hee Jin plotted to weaken HYBE’s control over ADOR by taking NewJeans and pressuring HYBE to sell its ADOR holdings, which would allow Min Hee Jin to independently control ADOR.

In her press conference, Min Hee Jin was asked about HYBE’s latest assertion. First, Min Hee Jin’s lawyer revealed that HYBE had once again manipulated what the judge said.

The judge did not acknowledge HYBE’s claims that Min Hee Jin had betrayed her. What the court did say is that even if Min Hee Jin had betrayed HYBE, she didn’t do anything to betray the trust of ADOR. The statement was a preface that emphasizes the court’s decision, saying that Min Hee Jin did not betray ADOR.

Min Hee Jin then stated that her performance alone should be proof that she didn’t betray ADOR.
