HYBE’s Park Jiwon Sends Internal Email Telling Employees Not To Worry And Resume Work
Most recently, the court ruled favor of ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin’s injunction against HYBE. This stops HYBE from forcing ADOR to hold a shareholder’s meeting, which HYBE could use to force Min Hee Jin out. With this ruling, Min is expected to stay at ADOR.
Following news of the injunction, HYBE’s Park Jiwon sent an internal email to executives regarding the decision.
To HYBE members:
You have probably already heard the news through the press, but the decision was made to ban shareholders from exercising their voting rights regarding ADOR’s CEO’s dismissal. Our company will follow the court’s orders.

Previously, Park sent an internal email to executives two days after the HYBE audit began on the 23rd of last month and explained the reason for the audit.
However, regarding this decision, the court stated, ‘Min Hee Jin clearly weakened HYBE’s control over ADOR by stepping out of HYBE’s boundaries with NewJeans and pressuring HYBE to sell ADOR’s shares.’ As this has been clearly stated, we plan to follow the necessary procedures within the law.

He also promised to make sure that the hard work of the company will not go down in vain.
