Idol-turned-actress Hyeri has left netizens stunned with her stunning physical transformation.
On January 14, KST, Hyeri took to her personal Instagram to share her new dieting journey in a promotional post for Nike, the activewear brand she models for. The actress posed at the beach in a black sports bra and a pair of green shorts, showing off her toned abs and slender figure.
Previously, the actress had revealed that she had changed up her diet drastically, cutting off carbohydrates completely. That meant no flour, rice, bread, or noodles in four months. Back in May, she had lost around 5 kgs with this strict diet.
Meanwhile, the actress also made headlines on January 13, KST, for donating ₩30.0 million KRW (about $20,600 USD) to support the victims of the 2024 Jeju Air Crash. Hyeri is also set to star in the upcoming K-Drama Friendly Rivalry, slated to be released on February 10, KST.
