Hyolyn Shares Her Painful Trainee Experience Before Debuting With SISTAR
SISTAR‘s Hyolyn recently appeared on SBS PowerFM‘s Cultwo Show to promote her latest comeback. She was joined by B.A.P members Bang Yongguk, Jung Daehyun, Yoo Youngjae, and Moon Jongup as special guests.
During the episode, a listener asked Hyolyn about her concert plan, and she responded by saying that she wants to ensure that she can hold a concert every year. Though nothing has been scheduled for this year as of yet, Hyolyn mentioned that she wants to end the year with a concert.
Hyolyn, known for her extremely stable live vocals and powerful stage presence, makes being on stage look effortless. But building those skills was never an easy task for the singer.
Hyolyn in coachella will be a good idea. She’s epitome of THE performer. Look at how she balance stage presence, while she build the hype, and SINGING live at the same time. If only she smart enough, and have some budget to do that 😅 pic.twitter.com/J4HD2t2K8t

As the conversation shifted toward Hyolyn’s trainee days, she shared that before debuting with SISTAR, she used to practice all day in heels.
I practiced singing while wearing heels. From the moment I arrived at the office until the practice ended, I kept wearing heels.
— Hyolyn
She went through this painful procedure to get used to the feeling and “create beautiful posture and show pretty line when wearing heels.”
Considering her incomparable aura on stage, it’s safe to say that Hyolyn’s hard work paid off big time!
Meanwhile, the singer’s latest digital single, “Wait,” was released on August 12. You can check it out right here:
