HyunA Performs To Significantly Silent Crowds After Dating Backlash
Soloist HyunA recently performed at Super Race Championship’s Summer Night Race. The event is a yearly affair where supercars gather to race in South Korea.
HyunA performed at the celebratory festival, alongside big names such as Davichi, BE’O, and Kid Milli. While she used to be a welcomed name at live festivals, it seems like the backlash from her dating controversy may be hitting her hard. In videos from festival goers, the crowd did not respond to her at all.

International netizens called the silence embarrassing, comparing it to her previous performances where she received cheers from the audience.

HyunA previously announced her relationship with Yong Junhyung. The two are apparently engaged and set to marry. Public opinion has not been friendly, given that many recall his ties to the Burning Sun Scandal, where he admitted to watching some of the spread videos despite not filming any himself.
