HyunA’s Latest Social Media Activity Earns Her Harsh Criticism
In January 2024, a photo posted by HyunA and Yong Jun Hyung became a hot topic, seemingly announcing the pair’s relationship.
Jun Hyung all but confirmed this in a post to fans, admitting it must have been a shock to find out. After the initial post, both parties were criticized, with Yong Jun Hyun’s involvement in the Burning Sun Scandal being brought back to light.
Fans of HyunA announced they would no longer support the idol over the moral issue of her involvement with Jun Hyung.
Both stars have been quiet online since the initial backlash, with HyunA posting and deleting a photo right after the criticism began.
HyunA recently returned to social media, but it was not wholly well-received.
On February 7, HyunA posted a series of photos on Instagram featuring a pair of sunglasses from the brand Boss. The hashtags used confirmed the posting was an ad.
The comments were mixed with both support and criticism for the idol. Those criticizing were in disbelief the idol would post an ad without at least acknowledging the elephant in the room.
Others defended HyunA, saying her dating life was no one’s business and that those with a problem should not interact with her anymore.
