While the concepts that idol groups and artists choose seem to rotate, 2016’s trends are slightly different from the rest.
School uniforms, and their variations, are arguably one of the most common concepts for a group to take on. Recently, this trend was highlighted by rookie girl group TWICE, as well as on the Mnet survival show “Produce 101.” In the past, netizens have discussed which girl group is perfect for uniforms, as well as the most popular idol models of school uniforms.
However, this year’s fashion trends for women are more daring. Korean media outlet Dispatch gathered photos of top idols and actresses wearing this year’s trending fashions, which are none other than pajama tops, slips, and bustiers.
Idols like Rainbow‘s Jaekyung and T-ARA‘s Eunjung have been seen wearing shirts that look like pajama tops, whereas Girls’ Generation‘s Tiffany, 9MUSES‘s Kyungri, and more have embraced the slip trend.
