ILLIT’s Wonhee To Perform At Weverse Con Despite Her Injury
According to BeLift Lab, ILLIT’s Wonhee will be performing at the upcoming Weverse Con Festival despite her injury.
On June 14, KST, BeLift Lab posted an update regarding Wonhee’s health, mentioning that she sustained an ankle injury during a filming schedule this week. The doctor has advised her to wear a brace and avoid excessive movements.
Despite her injury, the singer will participate in the AliExpress 2024 Weverse Con Festival with the rest of the ILLIT members. She will, however, not partake in the choreography, and remain seated during the group’s set.
Belift Lab’s announcement also added that though Wonhee is determined to perform at the festival, her participation will be “adjusted depending on the circumstances, placing her recovery as the topmost priority as recommended by the medical staff.”
Meanwhile, the 2024 Weverse Con Festival will take place from June 15 to June 16, KST, at Inspire Entertainment Resort in Incheon.
