Paris Saint-Germain FC‘s superstar Neymar is making news for reportedly spending a whopping ₩12.0 million KRW (about $9,550 USD) at a Korean nightclub.
According to an exclusive report by media outlet Money Today, the soccer star arrived at the club at one in the morning and partied until five-thirty in the morning.
The report also states that the soccer star drank Dom Pérignon, which sells for ₩1.50 million KRW (about $1,190 USD) a bottle.
Netizens commented on the news sarcastically, stating, “He partied humbly,” “Isn’t that cheaper for him than us spending ₩1,200 KRW (about $0.95 USD)?” and “He bought a pack of gum.”
Neymar is a world-famous soccer player, playing for the French league’s Paris Saint-Germain F.C. Neymar and the Brazilian soccer team is in Korea to play the national team in a friendly soccer match on June 2. The soccer player’s salary last year was 51.6 million dollars.
