ITZY’s Ryujin Picks The Member Of aespa She’s Closest To
ITZY and aespa have a close friendship that has been shown time and time again. Leaders Yeji and Karina have gone viral multiple times for their adorable friendship.
And Ryujin and Karina even got swept up in dating rumors which Ryujin responded to during a live broadcast.

Chaeryeong explained that ITZY and aespa first met because they shared an elevator at Music Core. While initially awkward, Chaeryeong revealed that they’d quickly grown closer.
At the 2021 Dream Concert, ITZY bought aespa watermelon juice to further their friendship, although when the time came to give the gift, Chaeryeong was so shy that she invented an excuse.
In the past, Ryujin has revealed that she’s especially close to Karina, Winter, and Giselle, showing just how close friends they are by referring to the members by their real names, not stage names.
