Thanks To ITZY, A Bebe Rexha Song Will Be Promoted In South Korea
ITZY‘s Yeji and Ryujin recently danced to a song by American singer Bebe Rexha. The track will now be promoted in South Korea thanks to the duo’s performance.
Yeji and Ryujin recently participated in Studio Choom‘s newest series, “MIX & MAX.” Their choreography is to Bebe Rexha’s 2021 song “Break My Heart Myself.” The concept takes inspiration from the film Terminal and its depiction of twins.
The captivating duet caught the attention of many, including the artist herself, Bebe Rexha.
The singer-songwriter commented on the YouTube video, saying she was “obsessed.”
And she also tweeted her impression of the performance.

This isn’t the first time the singer has experienced the impact of K-Pop artists. TXT‘s Soobin has made it known that Bebe Rexha is his celebrity crush, and the pair have even communicated on social media. With the artist down for a collab, all fans are waiting for is the green light from HYBE.

Bebe Rexha is no stranger to the K-Pop scene. She’s an accomplished songwriter and participated in the writing of SHINee‘s hit song “Lucifer.”
Though it was never a single, Bebe has admitted that “Break My Heart Myself” was always her favorite song.
Break my heart myself was always my favorite song but it never became a single!!!!!! So happy

ITZY fans have pointed to the upcoming promotion of Bebe Rexha’s song as proof of the girl group’s “undeniable impact.”
Ryeji covering a song with a dance performance on youtube and it having so much impact in the music industry that a label decided to promote said song in an entirely new country is showing us ITZY’s undeniable impact.
