JYP Entertainment has now released an official statement.

Much to the delight of her fans, ITZY‘s Lia has made her much-anticipated return, marking her first official appearance since embarking on a ten-month hiatus.

In September 2023, JYP Entertainment announced that Lia would be taking a break to focus on her health. Since then, fans have eagerly awaited her comeback.

Today, ITZY finally appeared together as a full group, with Lia joining her bandmates on their fan anniversary live. Seeing them as five after so long was a joyful moment for MIDZYs. However, more than anything, fans were delighted to see Lia looking happier and healthier.

Lia’s appearance on the live has also sparked some worries among fans and raised questions about the status of her hiatus.
