ITZY’s Yuna Spills Her Workout Secrets For A Snatched Waist

ITZY‘s Yuna recently shared some of her fitness tips to maintain her slender physique and stay healthy.



First, she always stretches right after waking up in the morning. She does this right in her bed.
Another tip she has is for when she feels like she ate too much. While watching TV, she jumps in place and alternates her foot placement. She does this for about 20 minutes.
She also enjoys going outside and skipping along the Han River. Both of these exercises are a form of cardio.
Additionally, she shares some of her other favorite exercises: She does a superset of knee tuck crunches followed by squats (3 sets of 15 reps).
Incorporating these exercises into your routine, followed by a healthy diet, can help you maintain your weight like Yuna.
