IU Dedicates “Gloomy Clock” Performance In Light Of Jonghyun’s Death Anniversary
Fans witnessed a heartwarming act during IU’s concert in Singapore as she dedicated a performance for SHINee’s Jonghyun.
During her concert, IU performed the track “Gloomy Clock,” a song she sang and wrote with Jonghyun. It was also revealed that the track was not originally included in her setlist but she added it as a special dedication for her good friend.

Many knew instantaneously that she was referring to SHINee’s Jonghyun, even changing her stage colors and microphone to pearl aqua, SHINee’s fan colour.
The two were known to be close friends who consulted each other with their own works and compositions. IU had also dedicated a speech for him at the past Golden Disk Awards.
Many were touched by her gesture especially with fans preparing to commemorate Jonghyun’s life a year into his death.
