RIIZE’s Anton Posts A Photo Of His First Meeting With IU — Taken 14 Years Before Reuniting For Her Concert
IU has been in the K-Pop industry for so long, so she has seen idols come and go… even meeting the future idols before they even thought about debuting.
On March 3, RIIZE was the special guest at IU’s show.
During the show, member Anton revealed that he first met IU 14 years ago because of his songwriter father, and it had netizens way too soft.

If that wasn’t enough, IU and RIIZE did some TikTok videos for netizens, making it IU’s first collaboration for a challenge that wasn’t her own song.
After the show and the TikTok, netizens couldn’t hide their excitement when RIIZE posted a photo of all the members with IU after the show. All the members looked absolutely adorable, and IU unsurprisingly showcased her “Golden” visuals.
Considering Anton and IU’s past, dating back over a decade, it wasn’t surprising that there was a solo photo of the two of them.
Yet, it was made even cuter by the fact that the last photo in the tweet was of Anton and IU on their first meeting 14 years ago. While IU showcases her ageless beauty, it’s not hard to be shocked at just how much Anton has grown.
When the photos were shared, netizens couldn’t hide their emotions seeing the two reunite after so long, with photographic evidence of their first meeting.

The world of K-Pop is so small, and the fact that IU and Anton’s paths crossed again so long after with both performing as idols, unsurprisingly made fans soft.
