During a recent concert, it appears that a fan had a sign for Wonyoung with options for the idol to choose from. The sign asked Wonyoung to send a heart if she was the OP’s girlfriend or a kiss if she was the OP’s wife.

Upon spotting the sign, Wonyoung shook her head before mouthing “We’re best friends,” while doing the pinky promise gesture.
