A well-known Instagram user is going viral after a recent look gained attention after an uncanny resemblance to IVE‘s Jang Wonyoung.
Since debuting, Wonyoung quickly cemented herself as the “IT Girl” of K-Pop’s fourth generation. Whenever she gets on stage, all eyes are drawn to her and as she’s got older, her visuals have matured as well.
Wonyoung is known for her distinct and recognizable makeup style, combining pale colors, glitter, and princess-like vibes.
Aside from her signature makeup, the idol also gains attention for her elegant and classy taste in fashion.
Well, one Instagram user shocked netizens after posting photos that looked strikingly like Wonyoung.
Recently, a user called Yang Ribai (@kooooya_) posted some photos, and netizens couldn’t hide their shock at first glance because they thought it was Jang Wonyoung. In the photos, she had the signature makeup, expression, and even the outfit looked like something the young idl would wear.
When the photo was shared, netizens couldn’t get over the resemblance to Wonyoung in the photo.
Yet, while some thought the resemblance between the user and Wonyoung was scary, the Instagram caption shows that she wanted to try and embody the vibes of the IVE star. In the caption, she wrote, “Cosplaying our Wonyoung with makeup,” sharing that she intended to create a vibe similar to the idol.
In particular, next to the photo that was seemingly the inspiration behind the look, the resemblance was uncanny.
Yet, her amazing makeup skills shouldn’t come as a surprise as the entire Instagram feed is full of beautiful looks.
