IVE‘s Wonyoung brought back the iconic blonde hair with the popular hime cut!
Last year, netizens couldn’t hide their shock when teaser photos showcased Wonyoung with stunning blonde hair for the first time since her debut. Of course, many quickly realized it wasn’t real, and while they were glad that it was healthy for her locks, they thought “Blonde Wonyoung” was taken away too soon.
Recently, the brand Harpa Kristin brought “Blonde Wonyoung” back to fans after they released their new campaign with the idol through a series of photos with different concepts.
The first set was a massive shock as not only was Wonyoung blonde, but her hair was cut into the icon “Hime” style. The idol was wearing a professional outfit that was definitely #goals for any corporate worker.
The next photos were more ethereal as Wonyoung was like a fairy with a beautiful blue outfit in front of a mythical green background.
The final photos contrasted nature with fire, as Wonyoung wore a leather burnt orange dress.
After all the photos were posted, netizens couldn’t get enough of the blonde returning and that it was styled into the iconic “hime” cut, which is something that Wonyoung has not done but has been a popular style in the past among idols and celebrities in Korea.
