On October 14, NCT fans subscribed to Jaehyun‘s Bubble app received an unexpected message.
The app announced that Jaehyun’s Bubble would be temporarily suspended.
The notice stated that the suspension of new payments for NCT 12-person tickets would start as of October 14 at 3 PM KST. The suspension of Jaehyun’s Bubble would start on November 4 at 3 PM KST.
Although fans know that this was coming, they still couldn’t hide how sad they were.

The temporary suspension will take place as he will officially enlist in the military on November 4. His expected discharge date is May 3, 2026.
He also posted a heartfelt message on Bubble to his fans following news of his enlistment.
