Recently, fans of ONF have exposed the agency WM Entertainment and its touring agency J&B Entertainment for leaking members’ information, revealing new album spoilers, and scamming fans.
On July 4, an X user posted screenshots of the chat room to bring light to the situation.

I am publicly disclosing the details of the controversial tour agency J&B, including their method of giving ‘benefits to a small group of people’, and WM Entertainment, for staying silent regardless of knowing all of this.
The OP posted a thread of screenshots from the chatroom and other proof sent by fans to expose J&B Entertainment for their actions towards ONF and their fans.
Fans began sending in their receipts regarding the tour agency in hopes to make this issue known to more people.

Most recently, the tour agency J&B Entertainment’s CEO Jacky Yoo posted an apology on its official X account.

“I am J&B Entertainment’s CEO, Jacky Yoo, who is organizing ONF’s North American tour. First, I sincerely apologize to ONF and their fans. While selling tickets for ONF’s North American tour, I made a KakaoTalk group chat with a few fans and sold Canada and North American tickets with additional benefits. Due to my foolish actions and imprudent words, I am truly sorry for causing damage to the ONF members, fans, and WM Entertainment.
From now on, I promise never to communicate with fans individually or provide benefits without consent from WM Entertainment. Additionally, a problem arose during my individual actions, and I received an order from WM Entertainment to correct a problem regarding North American and Canadian ticket sales. However, I caused ongoing problems by miscommunicating with fans and was discovered during tour schedule discussions, creating a misunderstanding that J&B Entertainment was involved in a huge part of the problem. I do not blame anyone or make any excuses for all this happening because of my carelessness, and I am reflecting on my actions.
We will cancel North American tickets for those who received benefits not confirmed with WM Entertainment. Also, we will provide 100% cancellation/refund for those that wish to receive a refund. Once again, we apologize for causing harm to ONF and ONF fans.”
