Previously, we reported that Jessi is facing renewed backlash after the artist’s fan, who was assaulted after asking for a photo, spoke with news outlets.

Alleged Teenage Victim Refutes Jessi’s Claim That The Perpetrator Was Not Her Acquaintance

In an interview, the victim revealed pushed back on Jessi’s apology, which was uploaded 10 days after the incident and only after a news show exposed the artist. According to the victim, Jessi was well acquainted with the assailant and claimed her producer was an active gang member from KOS, a Korean gang in the suburbs of Orange County.

I saw her apology, but she only seemed to be making excuses. It doesn’t make sense that the person who suddenly assaulted him was someone she saw the first time that day. My child says that the person Jessi claimed was not her acquaintance was with her.

He first hit me in the stomach twice and kept pushing me with his head even though I avoided him. I heard him say something about a gang when he was with friends, and his body movements didn’t seem normal. I searched him up afterward, and it seemed like he was part of a Korean gang.

The culmination of Jessi’s apology and new revelation over her gang-affiliated acquaintances have socially canceled Jessi. Korean netizens are now demanding that Jessi, who is known to be a Korean-American, leave Korea entirely.
