Back in 2019, during BTS‘s second day at the Wembley Stadium as part of their London leg of the LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF tour…

… the 90,000 ARMYs in the audience surprised the members with a special “Young Forever” tribute. Fans poured their hearts out while singing the song out loud for the members to hear…

… and when the members realized what was happening, they couldn’t hold back their feelings. BTS and ARMYs together broke into happy tears — turning the entire venue emotional AF.

While some members, like Jimin and Jungkook, bawled as they became totally overwhelmed by the love and support from ARMYs…

… Jin was spotted holding himself back.

His eyes glistened with tears, but he remained relatively calm throughout the surprise.

And in the recently released BTS WORLD TOUR ‘LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF’ LONDON DVD, Jin revealed why he tried so hard not to cry. As the oldest member of the group, Jin wanted to stay composed and together…

Upon hearing this, ARMYs are falling in love with Jin all over again — for his professionalism and for his sense of responsibility and dedication to stay a strong, reliable hyung to his dongsaeng members.

As an introvert, I understand him, but as a fan I’d like him to know and remember that he doesn’t have to always control himself, that he doesn’t have to be a “mood maker”/entertaining person all the time. 😔
