On September 5, OSEN reported that Jiyeon will be returning to her YouTube channel. The news outlet reported that the idol is currently preparing for a return although it did not specify when.
Jiyeon previously had openly shown her husband Hwang Jae Gyun on her YouTube channel. The idol stopped uploading videos to her channel when allegations claiming the couple were headed for divorce went viral.

Jiyeon has since denied the rumors, which were sparked by a baseball broadcaster who mentioned the allegations while on a hot mic. The broadcaster has since apologized and claimed that the allegations were false.
